Our experienced, highly skilled and enthusiastic team of teachers, learning mentors and youth workers are fully trained to engage effectively with pupils with a range of special educational needs, behavioural and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) difficulties.
Even with the best intentions in the world, there just aren’t the resources available to cater for every single hard-to-reach child in a typical mainstream classroom setting.
What these children need is a safe haven; somewhere they can benefit from highly focused, one-to-one tuition and support. A less formal, pressurised environment, but one that still helps them to engage positively with learning.
RestartEd helps learners with SEN, SEMH difficulties or affected by Adverse Childhood Experiences to build strong bridges back into education, and work towards successful futures.
Each child or young person receives a bespoke learning plan, and is supported one-to-one by our committed, passionate team.
Our holistic approach includes tailoring sessions to each pupil, using information from EHCPs (Education Health Care Plans), where applicable, and liaising with the relevant schools and local authorities.
Additional bespoke, one-to-one tuition is also available through our partner organisation, Next Level Learning.
